EXCHANGE & RETURN POLICY
Ana Marina Studio does not offer exchange, returns or refunds on any purchase.
Every piece is made to order, one of a kind and hand crafted, therefore we can not offer exchange or refund. If you have any questions before completing your order, please contact us and we will gladly answer your questions before your purchase.
When purchasing a ring please send us your current ring size. If for some reason you need the ring to be adjusted after it's has been made, there will be an extra cost plus cost of shipping.
Damages and issues
All our pieces are carefully packaged to ensure they arrive intact. Please inspect your order upon receiving it and contact us immediately in the unlike case an item arrives defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. You have 3 days to contact us upon receiving your item to let us about a damage piece. We can not accept any exchanges if the piece has been worn/used.
We can not exchange damaged pieces due to wear and tear. However, if you would like us to repair your jewelry piece, resize or re-polish contact us to discuss options and prices.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to contact us immediately upon receiving your piece to anamarina@anamarinastudio.com If your exchange is approved, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item and we will refund the exchanged item after following these steps .
