Shipping policy
Ready to ship pieces take 3-5 business days (not including holidays or weekends) to process and ship. Made to order pieces take 10-14 business days to be made and processed. This does not include shipping timeline.
Most pieces on our website are ready to ship. "Made to Order" pieces will include this in the description of the product so please be aware when you make your purchase as we can not rush "Made to Order" pieces.
Custom pieces and special orders will be dealt with on a case-by-case bases and could take up to four weeks or longer to process.
SHIPPING DELAYS
Once your package is sent, we can not control how fast USPS processes and delivers your order. A tracking number will be provided for you to monitor your your order. We are not responsible for any packages lost by USPS. In the case of a delivery delay or lost please contact USPS directly using your tracking number.

USPS Priority Mail: 3 -5 days.
